For the farewell dinner at The Themed Workshop, we brought long wood tables to a clearing on top of the mountain. Ramblin' Rose brought the most incredible seasonal spread, which we used as the centerpiece for the table along with natural and foraged botanical touches and glowing lanterns. As the sun set and temperatures dropped in the canyon, we huddled together and ate from the table by candlelight. We feasted on amazing charcuterie, cheese, pickled vegetables, seasonal fruits and artisan chocolate. As we talked and laughed into the night, watching the colorful lightning storm in the distance, I wished that everyone could experience this kind of meal, surrounded by wonderful creative people.
