Kelsey and Jake of the awesome lifestyle blog Kelsey Bang are such a beautiful couple, and I was so happy when they asked me to create a flower crown and boutonniere to go with some bridal looks they styled for Illume Gowns. For these late fall/early winter photos, I chose bold pinks, deep green and hints of just-blues (eucalyptus and juniper berries) to accent the dark tones of the mountains at the beginning of winter. I love this rustic setting with the pines reflected on the lake, and the textural brocade on the Helen Gown gives it a wonderful richness. Plus this dress has pockets... so you really can't beat that.
