Flower Crowns for A Midsummer Mingle

Unless you've been hiding under a rock for the last month, it's likely you've encountered this Midsummer Mingle that is taking the internet by storm. It was a beautiful party hosted by all the talented ladies at  House that Lars Built, Sycamore Street PressSarah Jane StudiosOne More Mushroom, and Caravan Shoppe

Celebrating Midsummer, (which marks the longest day of the year when the sun doesn't set in Scandinavia,) guests were asked to wear white. Upon arrival, each guest received a flower crown, made by yours truly, and a couple other lovely ladies. We made about 150 to be exact. Because practically everyone was at this party. It was the who's who of Utah creatives and bloggers. And definitely one of the best parties I've ever attended.

Absolutely no detail was forgotten. There were young girls doing a choreographed dance around a traditional maypole. Bistro lights, flowers and handmade decor everywhere. Crafts. Food. Live music. Giveaways. And the venue was the most amazing backyard I've ever seen with lovely hidden paths that felt like you were lost in a secret garden.

Thanks for hosting such and incredible party Brittany! And thank you to Natalie Norton for photographing everything to perfection.
